Base-price editing

V28 now has a base-price + availability editor per property — parity with the legacy UI.

Open: V28 → Properties → pick property → Pricing tab.

What you can edit

Per property:

• Base price — the default nightly rate (before discounts, promos, dynamic pricing).
• Minimum stay — how many nights minimum for a booking.
• Availability window — specific dates the property is blocked (owner use, maintenance).
• Per-day override — set a different price for specific dates (holidays, high season, event-week).

Editing

The Pricing tab has a calendar grid:

• Each cell shows the effective price for that date.
• Click a cell → override for that date; apply.
• Drag-select multiple cells → bulk edit.
• Preset chips: Holiday +30%, Off-season -20%, etc. — operator-defined.

Save behavior

• Save writes to the property's price table.
• If channel sync is enabled for the property with rates push (Beds24), the save also queues a debounced push to Beds24 — cell-level accumulation (see Channel sync → Beds24 push).
• Audit log captures every price change (user-owned config ).

Discount % in FINANCIALS panel

The reservation drawer's FINANCIALS panel now shows a Discount % line: the difference between your app-defined base price and the real realized rate for the reservation. Reveals when a promotion (platform-driven or platform-side) shaved margin.
